PVC cold adhesive specifically for bonding PVC laminates onto PVC and U-PVC substrates for the production of wall coverings, marble sheets, or laminating foamed PVC sheets. It is a suitable alternative to hot melt adhesive in lamination processes with adequate open time for various rolling, wrapping, and flat pressing methods. This acrylic adhesive, also known as TPAN-O4205, can bond plastic to plastic and also waterproofly bond thin or thick natural wood veneers to PVC substrates such as foamed PVC. Examples include producing doors with wooden frames and marble sheet or foamed PVC frames and marble sheet surfaces, or bonding PVC veneer to PVC substrate for producing wall covering profiles using a wrapping press machine.
